By admittance of the owners, Highland hotel needed to be brought into the 21st century. They had a small outdated website and and identity which wasn’t representing the business well.
Through strategy sessions we discovered the concepts of affordable luxury, this became a cornerstone of the identity and is represented well through the minimalist print ads and posters using the single sentence.
From all areas of the visual brand we wanted to show the experience of staying with Highland Hotel. This took us to a variation of concepts, finally developing the H in a simple, clean and elegant way.

When it came to the font, it wasn’t a case of picking something stock and applying. With such a unique hotel we wanted to give it a unique logotype and headline font to represent the individuality of the hotel.
